Chinese attacks on America part 41

Published on 8 February 2026 at 19:13

I feel like I'm the only one raising the alarm on the pending war with China.  I feel like not even the government is taking it seriously.  Every day, all the time, there are more and more stories of their attacks and subversion of our country.  We probably only hear about a tenth of it.  It does, in fact, never end.  Just this week a biolab was discovered in Las Vegas that has ties to the CCP.  I hate the using of the word ties because that makes it sound like a loosely related thing.  It isn't.  It is 100% operated by Chinese operatives that most likely walked across our southern border during the the stolen era of the sock-puppet known as Joe Biden.

In one of my posts from 2023, I wrote about the biolab we discovered in California.  The same shitbag that owned that property, owns this one.  Luckily, he's been in custody since being arrested in 2023.  His useless name is Jai Bei Zhu.

Zhu’s attorney, Anthony Capozzi, said Monday,

"He is not involved in any kind of a biolab being conducted in a home in Las Vegas," Capozzi said. "What went on in that residence we are unaware of."

Yeah, right.  So very similar biolabs with thousands of specimens of deadly viruses, vials of unknown substances,  centrifuges and a thousand mice used for study, on properties owned by the same Chinese illegal and he knows nothing about it??  Convict and execute as a spy for a foreign government.

From a Foxnews story, https://www.foxnews.com/us/chinese-linked-biolab-discovered-las-vegas-home-sparks-federal-investigation-swat-response

According to a report by the House Select Committee on the People’s Republic of China, Zhu, 62, is a citizen of the PRC and a wanted fugitive from Canada. The committee alleged Zhu had close ties to the Chinese government and was involved in a transnational criminal enterprise that stole millions of dollars in intellectual property from U.S. companies.  Officials also reported finding approximately 1,000 transgenic mice used in disease research. Workers at the facility told authorities the mice were genetically engineered for COVID-19 research.

A special biological team, called a Civil Support Team, which is part of each state's National Guard, was called in after residents said they were getting very sick being near the property.  A robot was used to enter the garage on the property where the lab equipment and substances were found.  Zhu was caught selling fake Covid test kits and other illegal medicinal drugs as well as making false statements before either of these labs were discovered.  He's now got a slew of other federal charges as does his business partner, Zhaoyan Wang, another Chinese infiltrator.  I haven't found exactly what Zhu did to be wanted by Canada, but it is also technology theft of some kind.  No surprise with that one as China has stolen trillions in tech from the US and trillions more from our allies.  The surprising thing is that Canada would charge him as they are in Xi's pocket and have allowed all kinds of seriously dangerous Chinese inroads in their country.

I'm going to say these two labs are just the tip of the iceberg and that there are many more inside the US, hidden still.  China's all-fronts war against us has been picking up steam for the last five years.  We catch a handful of the theft, espionage, hacking and subversion, but what are we really doing about it?  I feel like very little.  I want to believe we have thousands of people working day and night to counter them and are causing these kind of attacks on their tech and infrastructure, but I doubt it.  They have millions working night and day and we have a handful.  We watch them, we counter them from a foreign policy standpoint whenever we can, but we need an all of nation effort.  Are we too secure thinking we are the best?  Do we foolishly believe our technology will win the day?  Even if we are more advanced, they will win by sheer numbers alone.  I believe we are behind in technology, by a long ways.  Too busy fighting ourselves to take China as serious as we should.

There is a web page the Homeland Security Select Committee has that spells out many of the Chinese espionage attempts in the last 5 years.  The data is stunning.   https://homeland.house.gov/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/CCP-Threat-UPDATED-Feb-2025.pdf

Some of the low lights: The FBI opens a new case of Chinese espionage against the US every 12 hours.  China's theft of US intellectual property costs every American around $6,000 per year. According to testimony by FBI Director Wray: “if each one of the FBI’s cyber agents and intelligence analysts focused exclusively on the China threat, China’s hackers would still outnumber FBI cyber personnel by at least 50 to 1.”

● February 4, 2025: Leon Ding, a Chinese national, was indicted for allegedly stealing AI
secrets from Google. According to the superseding indictment, he allegedly uploaded over
1,000 files containing confidential company information into his personal Google Cloud
account from May 2022 through May 2023.

● December 11, 2024: Yinpiao Zhou, a PRC citizen and lawful permanent resident of
California, was arrested for allegedly flying a drone over and taking photographs of
Vandenberg Space Force Base. He was arrested at San Francisco International Airport before
attempting to board a flight to the PRC.

● December 6, 2024: Hang Sun, a Chinese foreign national and U.S. legal permanent
resident was charged for an illegal plot to export defense-related technical data to the
PRC and to unlawfully supply the Pentagon with Chinese-made rare earth magnets for
aviation systems and military items. According to the indictment, the technical data were
the property of two American companies and related to end-use items for aviation,
submarine, radar, and other sensitive military applications.

● December 3, 2024: Shenghua Wen, a Chinese foreign national illegally residing in the
U.S. was arrested for allegedly exporting shipments of firearms, ammunition, and other
military items to North Korea. According to an affidavit, Wen allegedly concealed the
items inside shipping containers that were transported from Long Beach, California
through Hong Kong to North Korea.

● May 24, 2024: Former CIA officer, Alexander Yuk Ching Ma, of Honolulu, pled guilty to
conducting espionage on behalf of the Chinese government through providing national
defense information to the PRC’s Shanghai State Security Bureau. On September 11, he
was sentenced to 10 years in prison for conspiracy to commit espionage.

● April 25, 2024: Two PRC nationals, Han Li and Lin Chen, were indicted in the Northern
District of California for conspiracy to illegally export U.S. technology, including a
machine used for processing silicon wafer microchips, to prohibited entities in the PRC.
Chen was arrested in Chicago, while Li is believed to be in China.

I could go on for hours.  There are so many examples of people we have caught that I could post 20 pages of it.  Two of the biggest problems I see going forward are in universities and US-born Chinese nationals.  Universities are rife with communists as it is, though in schools with high tech studies where science is held in much more esteem than political theory, there is less overt communism.  Nevertheless, advanced tech schools often recruit foreign students and have a lot less safeguards than in the business world.  There is also a culture of silence, with fears of being called the dreaded r-word for profiling Chinese students.  Theft of technology at US universities has been rampant.  Some of it is blatant plagarism of others work brought back to China as their own ideas and it also includes a lot of false information injected into our research papers on purpose.  According to Stanford University, a Stanford Review investigation uncovers what it calls a "full-stack" CCP espionage operation at Stanford University, a hub for AI and robotics research critical to China's "Made in China 2025" plan. Through the Chinese Scholarship Council (CSC), which funds about 15% of Chinese students in the U.S., Beijing allegedly directs research toward state priorities and mandates "Situation Reports" to diplomatic missions. Students face coercion, with family members in China threatened for non-compliance, under the 2017 National Intelligence Law requiring all citizens to aid intelligence efforts. One anonymous student confessed to relaying Stanford insights to handlers, while a case involving "Charles Chen"—an alias for a suspected Ministry of State Security (MSS) agent—saw him impersonating a student to probe researchers via social media.

In Silicon Valley, where 66% of tech workers are immigrants—half Asian, including 18% Chinese—the line between talent influx and security risk blurs. A Joanne Jacobs analysis underscores this dependency, with U.S. STEM shortages pushing reliance on foreign graduates from Berkeley and Stanford. Yet, espionage tactics have evolved. A Times report details "sex warfare" by Chinese and Russian operatives: seductive LinkedIn lures, event infiltrations, even marriages and children to extract secrets. One Russian woman, trained in soft-power tactics, wed an American aerospace expert to access military innovations. Chinese startup competitions, like Shenzhen's, entice U.S. entrepreneurs to share IP for prizes, often requiring operations in China. A biotech CEO who won $50,000 faced U.S. funding halts after disclosing Asian investors, while Klaus Pflugbeil was jailed for trying to sell stolen Tesla battery tech.

The CCP has also exploited the 14th Amendment by birthing dual American/Chinese children, anchor babies, then taking them back to China for indoctrination with allegiance to China, then sending them back to the US, with US passports, and having them spy on us.  This threat is real.  They join our military, our industry, run for office all the while with the intention of damaging us as badly as possible.  Meanwhile, we eject illegals from the third world, while not even looking at the Asian population.  It's terribly ingenious and insidious at the same time.  The enemy is within the gates.  No Chinese allowed here for any reason, ever.  Least trust worthy country on earth with a military mindset and where the destruction of the United States is paramount.   It is high time we created a special force to repay them in kind for every act of espionage they have perpetrated and to crush their efforts in the US.  We are way behind.
